  • Please read, below, the Policies and Terms of Service. Check the box that you accept our Policies and Terms of Service. You may cancel your service at any time and we reserve the right to cancel your service at any time.

    Once you are scheduled, we require a valid credit card to be kept on file.

    PAYMENT – is required in advance or at time of service in cash, check or credit card. If you normally leave payment at time of service and you forget, we will automatically charge your credit card for that service.

    LOCK OUT POLICY-if you schedule service and we are unable to gain entry, you will be assessed a Lock Out fee of $50.00.

    RESCHEDULES-we require a minimum of two (2) business day notice before your scheduled service for reschedule or cancelation requests. Failure to comply will result in a charge equal to one (1) service visit. Future service cleaning dates will remain unchanged. All schedule changes must be communicated with the office by phone call or e-mail.

    RETURNED CHECK FEE-if your check is not paid by your bank at time of deposit, you will be charged $35.00

    RETURNING SUMMER CUSTOMERS-if more than four (4) weeks have past, since your last service with us, your restart cleaning will need to be a Spring Cleaning or an hourly cleaning. Your weekly or biweekly rate will start after the restart cleaning.
