Q: How do I arrange for service and how much do you charge?
A: Just contact us for a free estimate. During the estimate our representative will explain all the tasks that will be completed and answer any questions.
Q: At what time will you clean my home?
A: Our normal work days are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. While in most cases we are unable to give a specific time, we will do our best to meet your needs.
Q: Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
A: In order to give you the maximum value, we ask you to take a few minutes to pick up clothing, toys, and other household items.
Q: What if I need to change a scheduled cleaning?
A: Due to the advanced scheduling, we would appreciate a 3 day notice for cancellations.
Q: Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
A: For your convenience, we provide all equipment and normal supplies. Should you wish to use your own supplies, we will be pleased to accommodate you.
Q: What if I only want a one time cleaning?
A: We are happy to do one time cleanings. Just contact us to make arrangements.
Q: Is it safe to give you a key to my home?
A: Yes, we protect your security. Your key will be kept in a locked safe and only removed on your cleaning day.
Q: How many employees do you send to my home?
A: We normally send out a supervised team of two or three.
Q: If I have pets, do I need to secure them while your team is cleaning?
A: We ask that you secure your pets prior to our teams arrival to ensure no unexpected complications.
Q: How and when do I pay for my service?
A: Payment is required at the time of service or in advance in Cash , Check or Credit Card. If you are not there during the service we will charge your credit card the next business day.
